The Day After Tommorow?

wot kinda dumb movie title is that? i can't believe i'm going to watch this later... even after i told myself that i'm so not watching this. but then gerald had to call (early in the morning!). when i asked wat we were going to do he said he din't know. den later he calls again (interrupts slp again) and tells me we're watching this. ugh. and of cos my protests can never beat his whining, and i relented. i sigh.

i'm sceptical about disaster movies and shows that rely on CGI. just not my kinda thing man. don't like shows chock-full with special effects which are there to divert our attention away from the absence of a good storyline or acting. or worse, both. we've seen enough shows like this haven't we?

i wanna watch Facing Window. looks nice. but everyone seems to be more interested in blockbuster shows (which are marketed on a massive scale because that's the only way to make it do well in the box office). so don't think i'll get to watch Facing Window. that's always the case with these more 'obscure' movies. either that or the show's RA so i can't watch it. but at least for once, i'd feel young. heh.

but i digress. well, i'll be back later. we'll see whether the show is better than i think it would be.
