was watching the news just now and they were talking about the importance of chinese, esp for the kids of today. china's gonna be the world's second largest economy blah blah...

was just thinking.. and this may be abit out of point, but olsen's chinese is damn good can!! no fair! first she converses with the cloth seller in fluent chinese, then she reads those ancient chinese words at the food stall when i couldn't! i was like, "er.. i dono wat they're selling", then she lists all the stuff they have! i was impressed i tell ya! understatement.. i was amazed! i'm the chinese here, so why's her chinese better den mine?? life's never fair, is it?

just received this letter that i wrote.. haha. yes. i wrote it. during retreat last sem i think. well, they sent it back to us. was quite shocked to see it cos i'd totally forgotten abt it. couldn't even recog my handwritin.

i wrote sthg stupid.. dono for wat. lets take a look...

wave on the sea, the sound you make is so calming. you break on the shore, white foam appearing. you wash away.... (haha i rem they forced us to write some ode to nature. dint wanna write anything.. so just came up with some crap! uncompleted crap too. heh)

ants. do you feel pain? are you any less human? (ok, this is weird. i dono why i wrote this. sounds like an irritating 3yr old asking dumb questions.)
